Today is a sad day for anime and manga fans across the world, a day which I'm sure most have forgotten. June 1st marks the first day that Bill 156 comes into action, restricting any anime or manga with material that is considered "harmful" for youth under the age of 18. Why is this a sad day, you ask? Shouldn't making anime and manga be more suitable for children be a positive step forward? Well, you sir, are terribly wrong.
