It is coming this winter in the new anime line-up, but before even does, the series Freezing is already announcing extras with its BD/DVD release in OVA format. Quoted from ANN

"The six Blu-ray Disc/DVD volumes of the Freezing anime will begin shipping on March 23, 2011 with six OVAs (original video anime) called "Hajikechau! Dokidoki Trouble Freezing" as bonus video extras. Besides two episodes of the television anime, each volume will also include the video extra "Freezing Genetics TV." The first volume will have the credit-less version of the opening.
